All meeting agendas and action minutes from the City's incorporation till now are stored digitally in a document retention program called Laserfiche.
To view past agendas and/or action minutes via Laserfiche WebLink:
Step 1:Click on this link: http://laserfiche.cityoftemecula.org/weblink8/Browse.aspx?dbid=2
Step 2:Click on the "City Clerk" folder. Note: If you don't see the "City Clerk" folder on the left, click on the "Temecula" folder to refresh.
Step 3:Click on the category you wish to view. For Planning Commission, click "Commissions" then "Planning Commission" etc.
Step 4: Choose "Agendas" or "Minutes"
Step 5: Choose the year
Step 6: Choose the meeting date, (mmddyy), 010808 means January 8, 2008.
Step 7 (Optional):
If you wish to print the document, click the download pdf button.
