Water Aerobics

Water Aerobics is a complete workout using water as resistance to firm, tone and increase cardio-respiratory endurance. Classes are held at the CRC during the winter season (mid-August through May) and at the TES pool and CHS pool during the summer season. Classes are ongoing so join any time.

Shallow Water Aerobics

All Classes at the TES pool are shallow held in the shallow water.

Deep Water Aerobics

This water aerobics class is a non-impact workout in deep water wearing a belt that creates “natural buoyancy” allowing you to work muscles against water’s resistance, resulting in increased strength, flexibility and muscular endurance. Participants should be comfortable in deep water wearing a belt. Bring your own belt of purchase from the instructor. Class is ongoing so join any time.
